Returns & Exchanges Policy

At AFG Hunger Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

What Can Be Returned?

Eligible for return:

Apparel (hoodies, t-shirts, windbreakers, leggings) in unworn, unwashed condition
Posters and canvas prints in original packaging

Not eligible for return:

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
Items without original tags
Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Start a Return

Contact us at apt4greatness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization
Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We're happy to exchange your item! Follow the return process above and let us know what you'd like instead. We'll ship your exchange as soon as we receive your original item.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at apt4greatness@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll send you a replacement right away at no additional cost.
